15  Observed the following non-food contact surfaces to be improper: Downstairs Kitchen: 1) rust on wire racks; 2) chipped wood on shelves; 3) front molding of shelf by meat slicer is broken Upstairs kitchen: 1) door of refrigerator in poor condition - cracked and insulation shower; 2) rust on lower shelves of prep tables; Bar area: 1) rust on salad plate shelf; 2) inside of frig has a cracked door; 3) chipped wood on white shelves; 4) rust on inside of beer cooler.
